The new team delivered 70 new ideas for 12 new service packages. The first ideas were ready for production right away. Ecological values and supporting local farmers were important for the new team. One of the special ideas was to hire a local cow, called Taru, to produce milk for the new ice cream factory they created. Taru was the leading star also for the following media campaign that gave a positive kick off to the new catering service.
Paulina Ahokas reflected the process afterwards: "What was special about it was that people felt energised even they had worked hard under time pressure. Band coaching was a good way to start thinking out of the box and really let even crazy ideas fly. It was important for us also to build the team quickly and integrate new members in our organization. The musical session gave a strong cultural introduction to our organization and enabled us to create a new mindset and working methods.
